Business Elites has established an annual international award "Leader of the Year" for outstanding achievements of participants of the IAPBE professional development programmes, as well as companies that represent and develop the IAPBE brand on a global level.

The history associated with the British Educational International Alliance for Professional Business Elite (IAPBE) dates back to the period of modern online technology in learning and development. Innovative technological solutions, particularly e-Learning, have been and continue to be a multi-faceted force to bring together and realize the talents, skills and professional expertise of the learning professionals, without reference to geography, religion, physical ability or other factors.

"Leader of the Year" (IAPBE):
- The students of IAPBE programmes/the holders of the Diploma worldwide;
- Tutors and expert trainers of IAPBE programmes in countries representing the International Alliance of Professional Business Elites;;
- Partner companies representing the Alliance's interests and promoting the IAPBE brand internationally;
- Examination centres that organise and host IAPBE examinations in the national or English language;
- Professional organisations that share the mission and goals of IAPBE and participate in joint training and continuing development of professionals, enabling them to achieve outstanding performance at national and / or international level.
- Representatives of state and public organisations that actively promote the development of professionals and business competencies of specialists in their region, increasing the investment attractiveness and economic development of the country as a whole.

Siobhain McDonagh
- Member of the Parliament
- Is a Chair in few APPG`s, such as All-Party Parliamentary Group for Children Who Need Palliative Care and All-Party Parliamentary Group for the Ahmadiyya Muslim community.
- Siobhain is renowned as one of the country's hardest-working MPs, and regularly heads the list of MPs who have written the most letters, taking up thousands of new cases on behalf of constituents every year.
- She served as an Assistant Whip in the Labour Government.
- The seat of the MP representing Mitcham and Morden has been held by Dame Siobhain McDonagh since May 2010, as she has been re-elected 4 times because of her skills and work for the Community.
Alex Sobel
- Member of the Parliament
- Is a co-chair for All-Party Parliamentary Group for Ukraine.
- In 2019 he set up the Net Zero All-Party Parliamentary Group to help secure a low carbon and clean industrial and economic future for the UK, embed zero carbon solutions and accelerate net zero growth, innovation and global influence.
- In 2020 Mr.Sobel was appointed as the shadow minister for Tourism and Heritage, and since then he has been responsible for developing Labour's domestic tourism policies and has been working to ensure the Government respond adequately to the challenges it faces.
- 2021-2023 he was appointed as shadow minister for Nature Recovery and the Domestic Environment in the Opposition DEFRA Team.
