The history related to the UK's International Alliance of Professional Business Elites (IAPBE) dates back to the first modern online learning and development technologies. Innovative technological solutions, in particular e-Learning, have served and continue to serve as a multifaceted impulse to bring together and realise the talents, skills and professional excellence of learning professionals regardless of their geographical location, religion, physical abilities and other factors.
